A Chattel Mortgage is a loan for a Mobile Home that is movable (not permanently attached to the ground) and is considered Personal Property.
You are typically required to pay Rent for the space your home will be located within the Park.

Our Chattel Mortgage will only finance the home itself, and will not inlcude financing for the land it's located on.
